Letter of Introduction
In terms of the General Code of Conduct of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (the “FAIS Act”), we are required to disclose the information in this notice.

1. Financial Services Provider
GIG Wealth (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2017/373472/07) (“GIG Wealth”) is an authorized Financial Services Provider in terms of Section 8 of the FAIS Act, license number 49233. A copy of the licence is available upon request.
In respect of financial products and services, GIG Wealth is authorized to render intermediary services (Category I) as well as discretionary mandate services (Category II) including services in relation to crypto assets.

3. Representatives
The representatives, Muzi Kubeka and Mark Geldenhuys are employees of GIG Wealth (Pty) Ltd FSP 49233, an Authorized Financial Services Provider and Independent Brokers not under supervision. Our representatives are registered to market in the Category I and Category II environment.
GIG Wealth has the necessary controls and procedures in place to ensure that its Key Individual and Representatives comply with the prescribed Fit and Proper Requirements as contained in the FAIS Act (including experience, qualifications, regulatory examinations and the honesty and integrity requirements). GIG Wealth takes full responsibility for the representative’s advice and actions.
It is hereby confirmed that GIG Wealth’s Key individual and Representatives comply with the Fit and Proper requirements set out above.

6. Conflicts of Interest
GIG Wealth has adopted and implemented a Conflict-of-Interest Management Policy should conflict of interest arise and is in compliance with the provisions of the FAIS Act and is available on the request of a client.
GIG Wealth has adopted and implemented a Treating Customers Fairly Policy in terms of the General Code of Conduct for Authorized Financial Services Providers.
